Kristen Stewart: I’m Not Interested in Vampires
Twilight star Kristen Stewart — who who plays Bella Swan in the hit movie franchise – isn’t interested in vampires. The 19-year-old actress says the relationship aspect of Twilight is the best bit for her and the fangs, blood-sucking and immortality add nothing to the movie’s appeal.
“It wasn’t the vampire aspect of the story that has ever drawn me to it, it’s Edward’s fight with his human side and how much he hated himself and was ashamed of himself.
“The vampire element was just representative of everybody’s normal human problems.”
Kristen — who is rumored to be dating her Twi costar Robert Pattinson — recently admitted that she often Googles herself to find out what people are saying about her on the internet.
“The commenters are usually worse than the bloggers,” the 19-year-old told Allure magazine. “I know what people say about me.”
Stewart — who got lost en route to her Allure magazine interview at a Beverly Hills hotel — says she’ll check the internet to “see what an idiot I looked like getting lost … you just Google, ‘Kristen Stewart, lost, directions.’ Or put the date in. I can’t believe I’m giving away how to Google me!”
