Music Celebrity Gossip - Paris Match magazine reports that Robert Pattinson — who appears as the singer of two songs on the Twilight movie soundtrack — is planning to release an album — but he’ll do it anonymously. The Twilight Saga: New Moon star says he’ll put out a record under a different name so no one knows it’s him.

“I write songs, that’s true,” Pattinson said. “I’ll record a few tracks as soon as I finish the promotion for the movies, but before I won’t to do anything. I don’t want to release an album which has a sticker on it saying, ‘By the vampire of Twilight,’ on it.

“If the record is released one day there won’t be my name or my picture on the cover. Everyone would be biased. No one would listen to it.

“Before I was famous I would have loved to perform in bars and pubs. But this isn’t possible anymore.”

Pattinson, 23, recently revealed that he’s still finding his fame something of a “novelty”.

“Fame’s such a novelty to me still,” he told reporters at the London premiere of New Moon.

“If I’m still stuck in hotel rooms in ten years and I haven’t figured out any other way to deal with it other than hiding, it probably would annoy me a little bit.

“I guess I’ll see what it’s like in the next two or three years.”
