According to the New York Post newspaper, smash hit TV show, Hannah Montana, – starred by Miley Cyrus – will end in 2010. The Disney Channel series which tells a story about average teen “Miley Stewart” who secretly moonlights as pop star Hannah Montana, will begin shooting its fourth season Jan. 18.
“You never know in this business . . . but right now we’re scheduled to wrap after shooting this new batch of episodes,” Disney Channel Worldwide’s Adam Bonnett, senior VP/programming, said
The fourth season will premiere “in late spring, The episodes will continue to roll out at least over a full year,” he says.
The show still averages nearly 5 million viewers a week.

USA Today newspaper reports that Ashley Greene — who plays vampire Alice Cullen in the flicks — will be forever grateful for her role in the Twilight films because it’s helped her score parts in other movies. The actress says the movie franchise has given her the opportunity to showcase her talents.

According to a report in the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are negotiating contracts for what may be two films based on the Breaking Dawn novel in author Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight saga.

Celebrity Gossip - Us Weekly magazine reports that Kellan Lutz, the Twilight Saga: New Moon star, has recently adopted a stray dog which he named, Kevin. Lutz says he found his new pet abandoned on the street near his house.
“I just adopted a new dog, Kevin,” Lutz, 24, said.
