Quarrel between ladyrocker, Courtney Love and London singer, Lily Allen, continues. Now they attack each other via photos on Twitter.

Lily started the tension by posting a picture of Courtney partying. The photos  eventually provoked a reaction from Kurt Cobain’s widow. The ‘Hole’ hitmaker countered by posting photos of his enemy.

According to Contactmusic, Courtney also posted pictures of Lily wearing weird pants. She did not miss to comment on it as well.

“No problem, love yourself!,” She wrote.

Tensions between Courtney and Lily were also seen in the BRIT Awards ceremony on 10 February. Courtney protested Lily’s request to prohibit other stars to wear Chanel dress.

When the two met in the NME Awards in London, both Lily and Courtney did not greet each other.

Lily Allen has planned a five year break from music. Lily said that she is now focusing on starting a family, so she has decided that she doesn’t want to go on tour and recording an album for at least five years.

“I’m not making another album for a bit, maybe in five years. It’s a really big commitment to do an album these days, people don’t buy music anymore, they download it and want their content for free — the thing that makes you your money is touring and I don’t really want to tie myself down to being on the road for three years.

“I’ve got a boyfriend and I’ve got a house and I’d quite like to have children soon. So it doesn’t really work into those plans. It’s not retiring. I’m just doing a different job for a bit. I’m having a career change. I just want to stay in London for a while. It’s not a particularly healthy lifestyle being on the road.” She said.

According to Daily Star newspaper, British singer Lily Allen wants to build a holiday home in Jamaica. Allen has a stretch of beach there and is planning to build a getaway there where She spend a few months out of the life she leads.

“She’ll spend a few months there every year,” a source said

The British singer  has told pals wants a getaway on a stretch of beach she owns.

Lily — who’s currently dating construction worker Sam Cooper — once said that she’s desperate to become a mother and have a quiet life.

“I just want to have babies and live in the countryside, that’s my goal really, I’m not a careerist, what I real want is to be a mum. I am driven, but that drive goes as far as keeping a roof over my head and having a routine. I have been in a relationship for six or seven months now and it’s going really well, so why not?” She said.

Lily Allen, the Smile hitmaker, prefers Britney Spears to Lady GaGa. Allen was asked by Harper’s Bazaar magazine which of the two singers she likes the most — and insisted Spears is a legend.

“You can not compare Britney with Lady GaGa,” she said. “Why? You are putting Lady Gaga at the same level of Britney Spears?  I really cannot believe it.

“Lady GaGa is good, but she’s a new artist, Britney Spears is a legend.

“They are two different artists, two forms of entertainment but very different, is like comparing Picasso to Dali.”

Celebrity Gossip – Lily Allen, the British singer, no longer feels the need to get drunk onstage. Allen says she’s trying her best to be more ladylike, so she has given up drinking cans of lager during her performances.

“When I started out, I’d drink four cans of cider on stage because I needed the confidence not to be judged,” Lily told Britain’s Grazia magazine. (more…)
